Refund and Return Policy
1. Returns
We do not offer refunds on any purchases. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace it or provide an exchange.
Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your beaded bracelet must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases
2. Partial Returns/Exchanges
There are certain situations where only partial exchanges are granted:
- Beaded bracelets with obvious signs of wear or use
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error
- Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery
3. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace beaded bracelets if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at josbracelets25@gmail.com and mail your item to:

4. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your exchange. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send an exchange or a store credit to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.
5. Shipping
To return your beaded bracelet, mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit or exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. This policy clearly states that you don’t offer refunds but will accept returns and exchanges for damaged or defective items within 7 days
